Customs fees

 Malamar Studio is shipping all its orders from Barcelona, Spain. Please be aware that customs duties may apply depending on your destination country. These duties are not included in your order's total price and must be paid directly to the carrier or the relevant authorities in your country. All items are listed inclusive of local VAT, but exclusive of all other taxes. Local tax will be calculated at checkout, and customs fees will be levied at the border.

 If you make an international purchase, you will be responsible for covering any customs duties, and you will be listed as the official importer. Depending on the destination country, you might need to provide personal details such as your SSN, EIN, IRN, TIN, or EORI. The shipping company will reach out to you directly to collect the necessary information and the fees.

Return

Our items are pre-owned and may show signs of use or age. We encourage you to review the provided images carefully and request additional photos or details if needed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
